Pictou County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 73-year-old John Patton, who was last seen on Tuesday on Highway 376 in Lyons Brook.
Patton is described as 5-foot-8, 130lbs and has grey hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt and brown pants.
Investigators believe he may be driving a grey 2013 Hyundai Accent bearing Nova Scotia licence plate FFR841.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of John Patton is asked to contact Pictou County District RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.

Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia C-E-O Allison Bodnar says with more than 300 pharmacies in the province offering extended hours, the work could help prevent delays in treatment.

Glasgow Square is closed from George Street Bridge to Dalhousie Street.
The Glasgow Square Theatre parking lot will be closed from today to Monday.
Robbie Robertson, lead guitarist and songwriter of The Band, has died.
A statement from his manager says Robertson died surrounded by his family at the age of 80.
The Band released classics like “The Weight,” “Up on Cripple Creek” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down.”
