Pictou County District RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Marcus Fievet, who was last seen on Monday in Pictou.
Marcus is described as 5-foot-2 and approximately 95 lbs., with short blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie and black jeans. Marcus also goes by the nickname “Grey.” Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Marcus “Grey” Fievet is asked to contact Pictou County District RCMP or Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers.
The premier is defending his government’s historic 1.2-billion-dollar deficit.

An omnibus bill has been tabled by the Nova Scotia government that deals with issues as diverse as domestic violence and protests that block logging roads.
An Act to Protect Nova Scotians includes one new piece of legislation and amends seven other acts.
Proposed changes would make it illegal to block access to forest access roads on Crown land and would also enable victims of domestic violence to enter a new lease if they want to stay in their rental unit when the abuser has left.

The federal government says it will begin a buyback of assault-style firearms from individual owners with a pilot project in Nova Scotia.
