The driver and passenger of one car, a 43-year-old man and 45-year-old woman from Falmouth, were both pronounced dead at the scene, as were the 45-year-old driver and a 58-year-old passenger of the other car. Mounties say two other passengers in that second vehicle, a 50-year-old man and 29-year-old man, were taken to hospital, and the 50-year-old was later pronounced dead.
